House Extension – Mylor

The client engaged our services to prepare a set of plans and manage the Council approval processes for the extension to their family home in Mylor. Initially a concept plan was prepared and then re-worked into the final design that was submitted to Council for approval.
Urban Planning and Design helped us with the design and Council approval process for our extension. We are very happy with the design and we are now looking forward to spending time in our newly renovated family home.
We were pleased that Urban Planning and Design could manage the Council approvals on our behalf and their understanding of the rules and regulations put us at ease throughout the process.
Residential Code Approval – Christies Beach

I utilised Matt’s services recently for a Residential Code Assessment. He is particularly knowledgeable and skilful in this area. Matt has many years of experience in the private and public sector which enabled him to provide very useful feedback. This resulted in the assessment only taking a matter of days to be assessed and approved.
